Hall and Disco

The main hall is the nerve centre of the house and doubles as the disco, complete with DJ booth and all the equipment you need for your own party.

Choose from integrated dual player/mixer for music on CDs, laptop or iPod or relive the past with two old school turntables to play your treasured vinyl collection.

Coloured light beams flash to the beat of the music. All you have to do is to make sure you have the energy at the end of the day to dance the night away.

Family Room

Flanking the main hall to one side is the family room, complete with enormous L-shaped sofa, wood burning stove and digital TV.

Snooker Room

On the other side of the main hall, the snooker room with eight-foot table, boasts a huge bay window with a stunning view of the harbour.

Drawing Room

Next to the snooker room, the peaceful drawing room provides space for reading, admiring the views or gossiping with a drink in front of the wood burning stove.

Kitchen / Breakfast Room

Foodies will love the large, light, fabulous kitchen with a beautiful Aga, offering scope for culinary experimentation. Why not use some delectable fresh produce from the gardens and surrounding area?

The separate second kitchen provides two fridges and freezers, an ice maker, electric hob, two ovens, two dishwashers and a sink – perfect for serious food and drinks preparation (and also allows caterers to beaver away leaving you free to party in privacy).

A bar seats 10, providing front row seats for the wall mounted TV so there’s no need to miss a minute of the big match.

Dining Area

At the opposite end of the room to the kitchen, beside the wood burning stove, a granite topped dining table seats 16. We can provide additional seating for up to 32 in a T-shape. French doors lead out to a sun terrace and BBQ area for outside dining, with another granite table that also seats 16.

Other Living Areas

Next to the kitchen is a table tennis room which leads on to the fully equipped laundry and gun cabinets to store 18 guns for those who are taking part in Cornwall’s fine shooting. A boot room provides handy storage for golf bags, fishing rods, tennis racquets – all the clobber you need to indulge in your favourite hobby.
