The Living Areas
On the ground floor of the main house are the country-style kitchen/dining room, complete with four oven electric Aga at its heart. A fridge, freezer, sink, microwave and two dishwashers are also included, along with a Bose stereo system with iPod dock.
The Bedrooms
Penpol’s main house sleeps six and has accommodation over three floors. From the main house, down a slate staircase, The Garden House, separate from Penpol provides self contained, separate accommodation for four more guests.
The Garden House
With it’s own pretty terrace and benches overlooking the harbour. This walled area is a wonderful sun trap for afternoon tea or evening drinks in the summer or coffee on a clear winter’s morning.
The Gardens
Breathtaking harbour views can be enjoyed from the garden, through which two pathways lead to Polpier. There is plenty of space in the garden to stretch your legs or find a private spot for reading, relaxing or having an intimate chat.
